Who can take part

  • You must be over 16 years of age
  • You must be working in an adult care setting
  • Your role should support senior or lead care worker development

How learning is delivered

  • Remote or workplace-based delivery

  • A personalised pace that may be shorter or longer than the typical duration

Price and possible support

£2,000 per person

Eligible employers may be able to reclaim up to £835 per person through the Skills for Care learning and development support fund, subject to current eligibility and available funding.

Cohort pricing options are also available for organisations training a group.
